Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
Wristexpel offers refunds for programme services under the following conditions:
- Consultation Services: Complimentary initial consultations are non-refundable as no fee is charged
- Programme Services: Refunds may be available within 14 days of service commencement if you provide written notice of dissatisfaction
- Partial Services: If services are cancelled partway through, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Submit written notice to info@wristexpel.world within 14 days of service commencement
- Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request
- Include your original order or service agreement reference
- We will assess your request and respond within 5 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Digital resource libraries or downloadable materials once accessed
- Services already delivered or substantially commenced
- Cancelled bookings where less than 7 days notice was provided
- Custom programme development work that has begun
4. Cancellation of Services
4.1 Cancellation by Client
Clients may cancel booked services with the following notice periods:
- 7+ days notice: Full refund issued (minus any non-refundable components)
- 3-6 days notice: 50% refund issued
- Less than 3 days notice: No refund issued, but credit may be applied to future services
4.2 Cancellation by Wristexpel
We may cancel services if:
- Client behaviour violates our terms or community standards
- Payment cannot be processed
- Unforeseen circumstances prevent service delivery
- Mutual agreement is reached
In these cases, a full refund will be issued unless otherwise agreed.
5. Rescheduling
Programme sessions may be rescheduled with at least 7 days notice at no charge. Requests with less than 7 days notice may incur a rescheduling fee. Rescheduled sessions must be taken within 30 days of the original date.
6. Disputes and Escalation
If you dispute a refund decision or have concerns about our policy:
- Contact us at info@wristexpel.world with detailed explanation
- We will investigate and respond within 10 business days
- Further disputes may be referred to an independent mediator
- Unresolved matters may be escalated to Australian Consumer Law authorities
7. Consumer Law Rights
This policy does not affect your consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law. You have statutory rights regarding goods and services that are fit for purpose and of acceptable quality. For complaints, contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) at accc.gov.au.
8. Modifications to Policy
Wristexpel reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Existing service agreements are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase unless you agree otherwise in writing.
